- We ship via USPS inside the US and abroad and deliver to APO and PO Boxes.
- Most orders ship out in 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and arrive in 5-12 business days.
- Shipping cost is added automatically based on the total of your order.We cannot combine orders to reduce your shipping cost once the order is placed.
- We will not reimburse you if the actual shipping cost is less, or charge you more if it is more.
- Rush service is approximately 2-5 BUSINESS days. It is $39 for the first item and $5 each added item, however we will not guarantee any specific delivery date. On RUSH orders, we will only ship to the current billing address where the card holder receives the credit card statement.
- When a product is out of stock we may substitute a similar or better quality item
(unless you specify that you do not want a substitution.)
- Shipping is free for orders over $100 if it is being shipped to the USA.
- Shipping cost for an exchange is $6.99
- You can cancel your orders and receive store credit that begins 14 days after the cancellation and will be valid for 6 months. Unused store credit will not be refunded or extended.
- We take returns on synthetic wigs with a 25% restocking fee. We do NOT take returns on toupees, hairpieces, clearance items, or grooming products such as brushes, shampoo, tape, or any product made with human hair.
- Returns for order shipped within the state of California receive store credit and not a refund or exchange.
- Returns for orders shipped outside of the USA receive store credit and not a refund or exchange.
- No returns on clearance items.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- Return Authorization is required and the return must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your RMA#.
Returns not accepted after 30 days.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item.
- We will not "hold" items for you or check to see if an item is in stock before you place the order. In other words, please do not ask us if something is in stock. Once you place the order, we will let you know if it is out. At that time you have the choice of a refund or substitute for another item. This is because we deal with several manufacturers and have no way to keep real time inventory. Since we are open 24/7, an item may sell out between the time we tell you it is in stock and when you order.
- We offer a 10% discount for orders over 20 pieces of the same item (such as hairpieces for a dance team) if paid with a money order.
- Merchandise is sold as new unless it is a clearance item.
- Baron Unlimited reserves the right to cancel any order place on a product posted to the site in error, including pricing.
- All communication is done via email.
- All workers are US citizens located in the state of California.
- We have no call in phone number for ordering.
- We have no printed catalog.
- We do not purchase hair or used wigs from individuals.
- Sales tax is charged on shipments in California.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Money Orders.
- Purchase Orders, CODs and Checks are not accepted unless it is a local customer.
- There is a $30 fee for returned checks or for charge backs resolved in our favor.
